These terms cover your use of the WARMODE app and warmode.korsund.com. Installing or using WARMODE means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
THE SHORT VERSION
- WARMODE is a discipline and motivation tool, not medical or mental-health advice.
- The full app is a paid subscription. The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
- Apple handles billing, renewals, and refunds through your App Store account.
- Resetting your data wipes it for good.
- Use it for yourself. Don't copy it, resell it, or pull it apart.
Who can use WARMODE
You need to be at least 13 years old to use the app, and old enough to enter a binding agreement and buy a subscription where you live, or have a parent or guardian do it for you. By using WARMODE you confirm that you meet that bar.
What WARMODE is, and what it is not
WARMODE helps you build discipline through daily challenges, streaks, ranks, and a personalized campaign you set up at the start. It is a motivational tool. It is not therapy, coaching, medical care, addiction treatment, or professional advice, and it does not replace any of those.
Some of the focuses in the app, including sobriety and recovering from a breakup, touch real and heavy parts of life. WARMODE is not a clinical program and cannot keep you safe in a crisis. If you are struggling with your mental health, substance use, or thoughts of harming yourself, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Use your own judgment, and listen to your body when a challenge involves training, diet, fasting, or early waking.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
The full app is unlocked with a WARMODE subscription. The plans are a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial, a monthly plan, and an annual plan. Prices are shown in the app before you confirm and can vary by country and over time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- If you start the free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it rolls into a paid weekly subscription.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage, change, or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings, not inside WARMODE.
- Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to bring back an active subscription on a new device or after reinstalling.
Refunds
Purchases run through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. Request one through Apple, since we cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
Your content
You can add your own name, name an enemy, write custom challenges, and save or write your own quotes. That content stays on your device. You are responsible for what you write, and you agree not to put anything unlawful, hateful, or that violates someone else's rights into the app. Since this content never reaches us, we do not monitor it, but these rules still apply.
How you can use the app
You agree not to:
- copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the app or its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract the source or the quote library;
- use WARMODE to break the law or to harass anyone;
- work around the paywall or interfere with how the app runs.
Our content and brand
The WARMODE name, the mark, the archetypes, the written voice, the curated quotes, and the design are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. It does not hand over any ownership. You may share the quote cards and archetype cards the app makes for you on social media; that is what they are for.
Resetting and deleting
Resetting your data in the app, or deleting the app, removes your local profile, streaks, challenges, and saved quotes. This cannot be undone, and we cannot recover it for you, because we never had a copy.
The app is provided as is
We work to keep WARMODE solid, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that following it will produce any particular result. Your discipline is on you.
Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, WARMODE and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending access
You can stop using WARMODE at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms as WARMODE grows. When we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
