Billing and the free trial
The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose WARMODE, and cancel. You keep access until the current period runs out.
Monthly and annual plans do not include a trial and bill right away. All payments and refunds are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
Restoring a subscription
Reinstalled the app or switched to a new iPhone? Open WARMODE, go to the profile screen, and use Restore Purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription comes back.
Widgets not updating
Remove the Home Screen or Lock Screen widget, add it again, then open WARMODE once so it can refresh the data the widget reads.
About your streak and your data
WARMODE stores your profile, streaks, challenges, and saved quotes on your device only. There is no cloud backup and no sync between devices, which is part of how the app keeps your data private. That has one tradeoff worth knowing: if you delete the app or reset your data, it is gone for good and we cannot restore it, because we never had a copy. If you want to keep a clean streak, keep the app installed.
Turning off reminders
You can switch the daily callout on or off inside WARMODE, or in the iOS Settings app under Notifications.
