ABOUT
WARMODE is a discipline app for iPhone, built by a small independent team that got tired of apps selling motivation. Motivation is the thing that shows up when you don't need it and vanishes the morning you do. So we built for the morning you do.
What we actually believe
Discipline over motivation. That is the whole idea, and it shapes every screen. Most habit apps are cheerful. They wait for you to feel ready, then reward you with confetti. WARMODE assumes you will not feel ready, and it treats that as normal instead of a failure. You pick one war. You name the thing you keep losing to. Then the app runs you through a 90-day campaign and calls you out by name on the days you would rather hide.
Your next opponent is you. Not your coworker, not the algorithm, not the person you follow who films their 4am routine. The version of you that negotiates, snoozes, and "starts Monday." That is the one the app is pointed at.
How it's built
WARMODE is private by default. Your name, your enemy, your streaks, and your saved lines live on your phone and nowhere else. There is no account, no analytics, no ad tracking, and no data broker in the loop. The only thing that touches the network is your subscription, handled by Apple and RevenueCat. You can read exactly how that works in our privacy policy.
The look is deliberate too. Black and white, no color, no clutter. A motivation feed full of stock sunsets is part of the problem. We cut the noise so the only thing left is the work.
Who it's for
People who are done quitting on themselves. The six wars cover most of where that fight happens: the gym, the grind, raw self-discipline, a heartbreak you want to turn into something, an urge you want to beat one clean day at a time, and the 5am you keep losing. You bring the fight. The app keeps score and refuses to let you pretend.
One honest line
WARMODE is a tool, not a therapist. It is built to make hard things harder to avoid, not to handle a crisis. If you are dealing with something heavy, talk to a real professional. For everything else, the work is waiting.
Start with the Field Manual if you want the thinking, or get the app and start your war.
